New Blog

October 14th, 2006

After a bit of consideration, I’ve decided to lock the forum I had and transfer all my trip updates to this blog, since the format is easier to work with and it makes a little more sense. Also, I had an asston of spambots signing up for my forum, and it got really annoying. Hopefully that’ll stop now.

The forum will still be viewable, you just can’t post in it.

At this point, the blog will probably only be used for trip logsand maybe concert reviews, since my everday life isn’t exciting, and I wouldn’t want to share my every waking moment with the Internet anyway.

I also realize that the theme for the blog is hideous. I’ll be looking for a new theme to replace the horrible job I did on this one, and hopefully replace it soon.

Day 13: This is a boring update, don’t read it.

January 1st, 2006

I wasn’t using reverse psychology, either. There’s really not much in this update.

I woke up pretty much feeling like total shit, which was awesome. I cleaned up and got my stuff packed away. From there we all ate some food and pretty much relaxed all day, trying to get rid of our hangovers. I had some weird thing going on with my mouth where it felt like I was swallowing my tongue every time I swallowed. It sucked, but eventually went away.

We took the Ybuss back to Stockholm. Another fun and exciting 9 hour trip. By this point it really wasn’t an issue for me anymore. The time passed relatively quickly. I had two seats to myself for about half the trip, and then some woman got on the bus and sat next to me. The guy sitting next to Joost was the biggest douche I’ve ever seen. Seriously. His hair was horrible; I can’t even describe what it looked like. I would’ve snuck a picture of him, but my camera was in my luggage underneath the bus. He was a fruit, believe you me.

So yeah, we did the bus thing for 9 hours, and then arrived in Stockholm.

Next update!
